AHLEM Shipping & Return Policy for Online Purchases:

Complimentary standard shipping is offered to customers located in the United States.

Expedited orders located in the United States will arrive between 3 - 4 business days.

Standard orders located in the United States will arrive between 5 - 10 business days.

Orders located outside of the United States will arrive between 5 - 10 business days.

Orders must be made before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time to qualify for expedited shipping.

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.

Orders with Custom Lens/Blue Filter Lens add ons are made-to-order and will be shipped within 4 - 10 days.

For orders with a pre-order item, you will receive an email notification of your estimated shipping date within 1 business day of submitting your order.

FedEx Ground is the main shipping method for orders located within the United States. All orders will require an adult signature upon delivery. Expedited orders located in the United States will be shipped with FedEx 2 - Day Service. Orders located outside of the United States will be shipped with FedEx Express and/or DHL. Please contact the Customer Service Team to request otherwise.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to track your order.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online after your order has been shipped.

Once the goods you've ordered are delivered to your designated delivery address, they become your rightful ownership. At this point, you will assume responsibility for these goods, and AHLEM relinquishes any further obligation for their maintenance or care.

RETURNS

Complimentary return shipping is offered to customers located in the United States. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

- The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.

- The item must have its original packaging, including cases, cleaning cloths, and cleaning sprays.

- The item must not show signs of wear, including scratches, marks, or alterations.

Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items:

- Custom lens add-ons (Blue filter or Custom color) or prescription lenses

- Bespoke, Collectible (Collaborations, Limited Editions, & Exclusives), ReFramed, and discontinued styles

- Accessories (candles, cloths, eye case sets, and books)

- Gift cards

- Parts and services

- Shipping, taxes, and duties

- Promotional items

Eyewear: Please handle the eyewear with care and avoid touching the lenses with your fingers or placing it on rough surfaces. The microfiber pouch, eyewear case, cleaning cloth, and drawstring pouch must be returned alongside the eyewear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the eyewear inside the case so as to prevent damages during transit.

Gift Cards: Digital Gift Cards or gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online at ahlemeyewear.com. It cannot be claimed at our AHLEM Boutiques. If you would like to purchase a gift card to be used in store, please contact our Customer Service Team..

Damaged/defective items: If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we promptly resolve the issue.

AHLEM reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Ineligible items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Service Team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you’d like to return.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team to assist you with the return process. AHLEM shipments will have a prepaid return label inside the box.

Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you must create an AHLEM account in order to request and manage a return yourself. If you would prefer not to create an AHLEM account, you can contact our Customer Service Team to help you facilitate the return.

When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by AHLEM. AHLEM reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.

United States Returns

Customers receive free shipping for eligible returns.

Please follow this guide to initiate a return request:

Step 1 - Use the prepaid label enclosed in your order and place the shipping label on the box’s most visible side away from the seams.

Step 2 - Drop off your return at a secure FedEx location within 14 days of receiving.

Step 3 - Please have your return scanned by a Fedex representative to ensure receipt.

OR

Step 1 - Contact Customer Service Team to request a return label. Please specify your order number and reason for return.

Step 3 - Your prepaid return label and return instructions will be sent to the e-mail address linked with your order.

Step 4 - Print the label out and carefully follow the instructions.

Please kindly note: We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES

We understand that purchasing eyewear is a journey and our goal is to ensure you love your eyewear and offer an experience as seamless as slipping on your favorite shades. Our Retail Stylists and Opticians are available by email or appointment to help you navigate through the styles until you discover your selection.

AHLEM does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. For assistance for your online exchange, please contact Customer Service Team.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

REFUNDS

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, AHLEM will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 3 - 7 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: International orders, shipping fees, and duties will not be refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

AHLEM reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed.

Third Party Return Policy

When making a purchase through an authorized AHLEM Dealer, the purchase is subject to their specific return and exchange policy which may differ from an AHLEM boutique or ahlemeyewear.com. AHLEM boutique stores and ahlemeyewear.com do not accept returns or exchanges from AHLEM Dealers. Products purchased on www.ahlemeyewear.com may not be returned at an AHLEM boutique store or at an authorized AHLEM Dealer.

When making a purchase in an AHLEM Boutique, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the original purchase date if all of these requirements are met:

Gift cards purchased at AHLEM US Boutiques can only be redeemed at AHLEM US Boutique stores.
