ONLINE:

We offer complimentary returns for all eligible domestic orders. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Frames must be returned unworn and in new condition in order to receive full credit. International orders, accessories, services, and customized frame orders (additional custom colored and/or Blue Light Filter lenses) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. IN STORE:

Returns are eligible for up to 7 days from the time of original purchase. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the frame must be unworn and in like -new condition with all original packaging. Prescription lenses, customization services, customized frames, and art work are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact ak@ahlemeyewear.com with any questions.

International Orders

Shipping costs do not include duty, tax and other fees. International returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
