We always recommend having someone familiar with our brand take care of any frame adjustments or lens installations. Our store locator can help you find a nearby AHLEM store or stockist. If you are not local to any of our stores, please visit your local optician.

Each order comes with a premium microfiber cleaning cloth and pouch to protect the frames clear of particles and a microsuede lined case to preserve your glasses. Avoid leaving your glasses in the vehicle, as heat from the car causes the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Try to avoid wearing your glasses on your head as that will cause them to stretch out and fit loose. Be sure not to lay your glasses face down on any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand. We do not recommend any use of any chemicals or your shirt to clean your lenses as they may strip away their protective coating.

We understand that accidents happen, and you may need some new lenses! To repair or refresh your lenses, please make your lens selection here and check out. Then, email orders@ahlemeyewear.com for your next steps. Complimentary adjustments and fittings are available in-store with no appointments necessary. Frame polishing and lens replacements may have fees applied.For all other repair requests, please email: venice@ahlemeyewear.com with a proof of purchase, photo(s) of the frame, issues, and additional details.

We love to see all your customizations and strongly encourage you to take advantage of our selection of sun and optical frames to create your own unique AHLEM colorway! 

All sun and optical styles can be personalized into sunglasses or daily wear use (non-prescription) by selecting a Custom Lens color or Blue Light Filter to check out with your order.

If you choose to customize your lens, you will also receive the original lens from your order to switch anytime. 

If you have multiple selections of frames and lenses, please reach out to orders@ahlemeyewear.com with your order number to specify your request. Kindly note: all customized frames and lenses are made to order and are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

After purchasing your AHLEM frames, take your frames to one of our flagship locations for custom fits and adjustments. Every AHLEM frame serves to combine our eyewear styles with the perfect fitting experience. 

We offer the best optical lenses by Carl Zeiss, custom fitted to your prescription by our experienced opticians at our flagship stores in Los Angeles and New York. San Francisco is coming soon…

You may also choose to bring your AHLEM frames to your optometrist of choice to have your prescription filled.

For up to 1 year from the date of your purchase, the repair cost for any manufacturing damage to the material of the frame or lens occurs will be complimentary. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and patina, improper use or storage of your frames, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of AHLEM. We kindly ask that you cover shipping costs for all repair requests.

If you purchased your item from ahlemeyewear.com, please send an email to orders@ahlemeyewear.com with a proof of purchase, photos of the frame, photos and descriptions of your issue for assessment.

If you purchased your item from a third-party of AHLEM, please reach out to the original place of purchase for further assistance.

We don't contract directly with any insurance plans. You can often self-submit your purchase for reimbursement depending on the details of your plan. We do accept FSA and HSA cards for prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses in-store.

AHLEM is not responsible for issues with the approval or refund transactions made through HSA/FSA cards. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Remove impurities with our premium microfiber cleaning cloth and lens spray to give your lenses a clean look and feel. Your frames will also benefit from polishing and lens restoration. This service can be carried out at our flagship stores by request. 

A gentle reminder that our cleaning solution is not to be used on sun lenses as this may cause damage to its coating. We recommend that you use a bit of warm water on the lenses and dry immediately after with the microfiber cloth. 

Our frames are hand created by mastercrafts in France and are unable to comply with any discount offerings at this time as we believe that our products and services offer much value to our customers and craftsmen. However, we have partnered with Afterpay to offer you to make interest-free payments over time without commitments.
