Warranty Coverage

AHLEM products are covered by a two-year warranty when purchased from an AHLEM atelier or ahlemeyewear.com, provided you have proof of purchase. Warranty claims can be submitted in-store or via email at orders@ahlemeyewear.com. To expedite your claim, please include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, lack of proof of purchase, purchases made beyond the two-year warranty period, or purchases made at third-party stores.

Repairs

For AHLEM frames that are outside the two-year warranty, were purchased from resellers, or have damage due to any of the exclusions listed above, AHLEM may offer a repair service. Our expertise team will provide a repair estimate within 5 business days, depending on parts availability and the required service.
