VOYAGER COLLECTION

AHLEM’s Voyager Collection is a limited edition collection that emerged from a moment of travel and transformation. It is composed of two new frames design, each in three distinct colorways,and an assortment of three accessories suited to moments of travel.

During a recent journey to Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan, founder and designer Ahlem Manai-Platt encountered a landscape unlike any she had previously experienced. Vast terrain, elemental light, and a profound sense of stillness created the conditions for a different kind of creative attention.

In that environment, sketches began to take shape — silhouettes defined by force and femininity, distinct from anything previously explored in the AHLEM repertoire. Those drawings became Voyager: a collection shaped by movement, discovery,and the quiet transformation that occurs when encountering somewhere entirely new.

The frames are defined by silhouette and attitude. Femininity is expressed through tension in the line: a cat-eye language extended into elongated points that create presence. The contour moves outward with intention, lifting the face. The outer edges sharpen and extend beyond the lens shape, forming a silhouette that is confident and fully inhabited.

Light moves across the surface, revealing the precision of each line and the architecture of the frame.

A femininity defined not by delicacy, but by posture: precise, assertive, and unmistakably present. This collection introduces a more confident fashion expression within AHLEM’s repertoire.

Each frame is handcrafted in France from 8mm cotton acetate, sculpted with raw-cut design details that emphasize the clarity of the silhouette and the way light interacts with the material. The frames are finished with 22k gold electroplated hardware, an engraved wirecore with laser filigree, and a custom front pin, details that reflect AHLEM’s commitment to precision and enduring craftsmanship.

The two silhouettes, Comédie and Grâce, are produced as a limited edition of 350 pieces each, individually numbered.

Extending the idea of movement, the Voyager Collection introduces a series of travel companions designed to carry and protect the frames along the journey. Voyager proposes three distinct formats adapted to different moments of travel:

The AHLEM Travel Case offers refined protection with a slim profile capable of holding four frames.

The AHLEM Cylinder Case provides a compact, structured shell designed to secure delicate cargo during transit.

The AHLEM Double Zipper Pouch introduces a versatile, water-resistant solution for frames and everyday essentials.

Each accessory is accompanied by a silk-soft microfiber cleaning cloth illustrated by artist Kokooma.

Together, the frames and accessories form a system conceived for travel: objects designed to move with their wearer across cities, landscapes, and transitions.
