ONLINE:

We offer complimentary returns for eligible domestic orders. Eligible frames must be returned unworn and in new condition with all original packaging in order to receive full credit. International orders, accessories, gift cards, services, and customized frame orders ( custom colored and/or Blue Light Filter lenses) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For returns or exchanges, please use the prepaid label enclosed in your order and drop it off at a secure FedEx location within 14 days of receiving.

IN-STORE:

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the frame must be unworn and in new condition with all original packaging to receive full credit. Prescription lenses, customization services, customized frames, gift cards, and art work are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Note: We do not accept return/exchange requests from items purchased from third-party stockists. For additional inquiries regarding your order, please contact the original place of purchase.

International Orders

International orders are final sale. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax and other fees. International returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you have any questions regarding a return or refund, email us.
