United States: Complimentary shipping and returns for Standard US orders. Orders placed after 12pm PST, Monday - Friday, will be processed the next business day.
Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times: Standard shipping could take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. Express shipping could take up to 3 business days to arrive.International: Express Shipping takes 7-10 days to arrive.
International shipping, taxes, & duties fees are estimated at checkout. International orders are final sale, no refunds.
Exchange and Returns
Eligible online returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your frames unworn and in new condition to receive the full credit. International orders, limited edition styles, accessories, gift cards, custom-made add ons (Blue Light Filter Lens and Custom Lenses), parts, services, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the frame must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date, unworn, in new condition with all original packaging to receive full credit. Returns or exchanges beyond 10 days will not be accepted. Refunds will issue via the original form of payment. Prescription lenses, customization services, customized frames, gift cards, limited edition styles, art work, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
